Our service call and diagnosis fee is $95 on most items. This covers the trip and a full diagnosis, regardless of time. Parts and labor are additional, with labor priced using a national flat-rate guide.
Appointment requests require a 2-hour arrival window.
Example: A 12:00 PM booking means the technician may arrive anytime between 12:00–2:00 PM. You will get notified when they're on the way.
